Sycamore Motorcycles Ltd (part of Central Garage Group) added BMW Motorrad to their growing list of premium automotive marques in 2019. Already operating a successful BMW and MINI Centre for many years in Peterborough, the business expanded to include a motorcycle division and BMW Motorrad was a logical addition.
An opportunity arose when the former owners of Balderston Motorcycles in Peterborough retired after decades of service in the local motorcycle community. Importantly, all existing staff were retained along with their passion and knowledge of all things BMW Motorrad, and their nationally recognised customer service focus, a cornerstone of their business ethos. Subsequently, the team engaged in additional development work on site, to further improve the already great customer experience.
