BMW Park Lane Showroom Updates
Dear BMW Motorrad Park Lane Customers,
As a proud owner of a BMW Motorrad Bike, we're excited to share some exciting news with you.
The Motorrad area in BMWs flagship store, based in London’s Mayfair is being refurbished. Our current Park Lane showrooms are being redesigned to provide an environment that matches our customers’ needs, and with that, our BMW Motorrad showcase will change, and will be occupying the downstairs area within our current BMW showroom. Our BMW Motorrad team, and our new bikes are still being showcased for you to see and ride, even though you may not see any bikes on our top floor. The space downstairs is receiving a renovation with a new layout, giving you, our customers an immersive Motorrad experience when you visit.
OUR MOTORRAD TEAM IS STILL HERE TO HELP.
Our team are at the heart of what makes the Park Lane showroom so special, and we have two new Motorrad Sales Executives added to our current team who will be on hand to help you find your perfect bike, right down to the finest details. Our team of Motorrad Specialists will help you with your new or Approved Used bike from point of order right through to your collection or delivery. Even though our showroom may change slightly, we are still here for our customers in every way, offering the Park Lane experience of buying a new bike.
Battersea will remain the location for our service centre for bike service or repair to ensure customers receive the best Motorrad care.

Our Park Lane showroom will temporarily look different whilst we finish off the refurbishments in our brand new showroom, and we ask for your understanding and patience over the next few weeks as we finish our exciting renovations.
GETTING IN TOUCH
With our reduced space in our showroom, we have less bikes we are able to showcase. To ensure we can help you as much as possible when you visit us, we recommend getting in touch prior to your visit by heading to our website and enquiring with our team. If you share with us the bike you are interested in, our team can ensure if we have that bike in stock or on our demonstrator fleet, we can prepare it for you, incase that model is not in our showroom display.
