Update from Managing Director
Dear Customers,
The UK Government announced on Saturday 19 December a new lockdown as part of the national effort to reduce the impact ofCOVID-19.
As a business we have taken necessary steps in line with the new guidance, and we are pleased to let you know, that even though our showroom doors will close temporarily, our business will very much continue to operate.
SALES
Our Sales Teams are available via our online services and by telephone, and we continue to offer our Click and Collect service, allowing you to collect your new BMW safely and conveniently. We invite you to book a virtual appointment with us if you are looking for your next vehicle.
SERVICE
Our Service and Parts facility at Battersea will remain open as usual for customers to book their vehicle in for a service, MOT or repair and our current bookings will remain unaffected. We have a self-service check in on arrival, so you can easily drop your bike off when you visit. Please note the government have not announced any extension at this point for MOT dates, so we do encourage you to continue with your appointments and book in if you need to.
DIRECT DELIVERY
We also still have the facility to deliver direct to your door. Speak to our teams if this is something you wish to organise for your vehicle.
Over the last 12 months we have worked tirelessly across all forms of our business to make sure we can offer the same level of service to our customers whether they are in our showrooms, service centres or from the comfort of your home. I’d like to thank our staff for their efforts and hard work to ensure we continue to offer this service to our customers.
Since March we have safely handed over hundreds of vehicles in a secure manner, and as we continue to adapt to our changing circumstances, one thing remains consistent, our belief that we can continue to serve our customers safely and securely, and that we are here for you when you need us.
