Motorrad Tours - Brittany and Normandy Long Weekender

If you are looking for a relaxed ride through the famed countryside of French Brittany and the rolling countryside of Normandy, then this tour is ideal for you.

From the old town of St Malo we mix coast and countryside on our way to Ploumanac’h, which is set in the heart of the ‘Pink Granite Coast’ area in the north of Brittany. Heading south to the walled town of Concarneau, we pass through picturesque towns and villages taking time to enjoy the cuisine and hospitality of the region. The Les Monts d’Arree area has some fine motorcycling roads to enjoy between pit stops. From Concarneau we head inland to the medieval town of Alencon, where we will have time to enjoy the local bars and restaurants. Heading North we pass through the rolling hills and green pastures of the Suisse Normande. Our final destination is the Port of Caen where an afternoon crossing brings you back to Portsmouth.

Our riding pace is relaxed with mileages averaging just 160 miles per day, leaving time to soak up the characteristic French hospitality with long lunches and longer evenings! Superb accommodation typical of the area accompanied by French food and wine is a winning combination to end our days on the road.
