After arriving via the overnight ferry from the UK, you’ll head straight into the Picos de Europa, spending two nights in a charming stone hotel nestled in a remote mountain village. We then journey west, stopping for a night in a Parador before reaching Santiago de Compostela, where you’ll have a full day to explore the UNESCO-listed old town and its rich history.
From here, enjoy two days navigating fantastic routes through the Cantabrian Mountains, with stays in a Parador and a Portuguese Pousada within the serene Gerês National Park. Then, it’s off to the Douro Valley for two nights at a picturesque vineyard “Quinta,” where you’ll enjoy a wine tour and tasting.
