All motorcycles are delivered with the legally required basic equipment meeting the Euro Standard required. The motorcycles in the pictures and videos on this website may deviate from this and may contain additional specification and/or special accessories not included in the vehicle price.

As we reopen our showrooms, we want to make sure you know when measures are in place to keep you and our staff safe.  

With this in mind, here is some further information around the measures implemented to ensure your visit or collection is done smoothly, with ease and most importantly, safely. 

Booking an appointment

To make an appointment get in touch with us here and we can arrange suitable time and means for you to speak to one of the team whether that be in-store appointment, virtual

All of our centres are open by appointment only, so if you don't have an appointment please don't visit our sites, you will be asked to return when you have an appointment. This is to ensure we can stick within government guidelines regarding social distancing.

Completing paperwork

Over the last year we have safely handed over the keys to hundreds of customers via our Click & Collect service. Click & Collect is available across both our new and Approved Used BMW Motorrad ranges. To find out more or to get started, speak to a member of the team today.

Getting the keys for your new bike

If you are about to collect your new bike, our team can conduct a contactless handover. Our Handover+ Service is designed to offer you a quick and easy interaction with the business. You will receive all the relevant information prior to arrival onsite. We please ask that you have a thoroughly read through of all the information provided. We are offering a limited number of handovers per day to ensure we can keep to social distancing regulations. If you have any problems, please contact your sales consultant as soon as you can if this may be a problem.

Service and Repairs

Our service centre is open and available for bookings. Our trained technicians are fully equipped to fix and repair your bike safely so don't worry, it's in safe hands. We also have measures in place across the business to ensure your bike is kept clean and safe during its time with us. During any service work, your bike will have areas covered to help prevent contamination to any surfaces, and will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your collection. Self check-in facilities are also available at both our service centres, offering contactless drop off and collections.

Cleanliness and Sanitisation

We have installed hand sanitisers in all of our centres for customers and staff to keep safe whilst onsite. We have also made available to customers protective gloves and masks upon request. You will notice these facilities in our centres when you arrive.

Social Distancing

Across all of our centres we have put in social distancing measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. This includes floor stickers, stickers on the windows and signage around the centre.

We ask that you ensure you read all signs and adhere to them, these are there to keep you safe. We appreciate your co-operation in adhering to these measures. If we ask you to wait, please be patient and respectful to our staff and other customers.

Customer Waiting Areas

In our service centre and showroom our waiting areas will remain closed until further notice. This is to aid our social distancing measures, we appreciate your co-operation in the meantime.
