We have been open for business now since Monday 1 June. This is across all of our sites including our service centres at Battersea and Park Royal aswell as our Park Lane showroom.

We are excited to be able to welcome customers back to our centres. We would like to make sure you feel safe and comfortable in coming back to visit us. Here we have included videos and further information so you know what to expect from your next visit.


Following the government announcement. Any customer that visits any of our Park Lane sites will be required to wear a face covering from Friday 24 July. This includes all Sales, Aftersales and Parts sites and also our Handover Centre for the collection of vehicles.

Within the government guidelines this is mandatory, so please ensure you come prepared and are wearing a face covering when entering our sites for your organised appointment. Please note if you are not wearing a face covering you will be asked to put a covering on or you will be asked to leave the premises and rearrange any appointment when all the government guidelines are adhered to.

There are some exemptions from the rule, please read further information by visiting www.gov.uk. If you are exempt from this rule please ensure you communicate that on arrival to our centre to avoid and inconvenience. This is for our customers and colleagues safety and we appreciate your continued support here at BMW Park Lane and we look forward to welcoming you safely to one of our sites.

We have limited our centres to appointment only visits, if you would like to pay us a visit please get in touch to book your appointment. You can book this online or by telephone.

When you arrive you will notice signage across all of our centres, this is designed to make you aware of the measures in place.

If you see a 'Please Wait Here' sign, please do wait until a member of staff comes to collect you or point you in the right direction.

We have a one way system in effect for our showrooms and service centres, so please use the stickers provided and adhere to them. This is imperative for our staff and customers to use these to ensure we keep to social distancing measures and ultimately to keep you and our colleagues safe.

Masks and gloves may be worn by staff and are available to you upon request, if you would like this please do get in touch.

Screens will be placed at various points to ensure the safe and comfortable transaction. We have worked hard with BMW UK and the government to place these in appropriate places for customer interactions.
