Speaking with Philippe was a pleasure. Welcoming and clearly knowledgable and insightful, he guided me through the process in a calm no hard sell manner. His engagement was a big notch above experiences with other salespersons I have engaged with. A welcoming, customer focussed environment, that's seems to make you feel you are part of something rather than just sold too. Early engagement with service department seems positive too (Tony - 5*) and the after sales care and events continues the feelings of being part of something. Oh, and great coffee! Also, so far, the bike itself sppears to be an excellent product (which is why I was here in the first place!).

The team sorted everything quick and efficient was always happy to help step by step happy to explain anything I was unsure about Carlos kept in contact with me keeping me up to date with the process. I believe that the bmw brand sells quality products. From my experience the after sales team and sales team are always welcoming for a catch up see how your getting on and that to be is quality service.

The overall experience at the centre is great and Nick is focused on customer long term relationship, what is there not to like. Great immediate experience with a real desire to help a customer and stay in touch is just great, especially with what, for me is a rather passion related purchase.

I enquired about late used S1000R M sport but it had just sold but Nick said he could do a really good price on a new S1000R Sport. I was very impressed to have the bike prepped, paint treatment and delivered in no time. Salesman Nick was very helpful throughout the process. Seeing I did not visit the showroom the purchase was very straight forward. I felt like I got a good deal and am thrilled with the new bike.

I was assured that the motorcycle would have a full fuel tank when I took delivery. Bont front and rear tires had to be over pressurised. I managed 18 miles before I had to fill up. Both by 0.4 bar which led to some interesting front end handling.
