Nick at park lane was the most professional sales guy I have found when purchasing a new vehicle. From the initial call I made and offer. He listened and communicated in a prompt and professional manner. Nick is a credit to the team and I'll be back next time I'm looking to upgrade. I called several dealers around the country and expected park lane to be the dearest. However, they were the most professional in communications and worked towards both getting the deal done. I buy a kit of bmw cars and bikes and I will now not go anywhere else. Park lane dealership should be used as training site as others round the country could learn alot from the team at Park Lane. 5 star location and 5 star service

Professional approach. I contacted Nick Reynolds last year regarding F900R. Unfortunately, at the time, I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. A few weeks ago, I contacted Nick again regarding the same bike, and I was very pleased that he remembered me and responded to my email. The main reason I decided to get back in touch with Nick was because of his respectful and professional approach. He takes the time to understand what the customer is looking for and provides the right guidance to make sure they choose a bike that suits their needs. Great service, updates were given when required, found the bike I was looking for, had it moved from somewhere in the UK to park lane and delivered to my house in Cornwall. Nick at Park lane looked after me brilliantly, 20 yrs I have ahd BMW's Ocean at Plymouth couldn't sort me out or offer any deals after betroth them after 20 yrs, thankfully Nick at park lane did, as I might of left, got the bike I wanted, gave me a good price on my part exchange and gave me military discount, it's a shame ocean couldn't look after me as Nick did.

Speaking with Philippe was a pleasure. Welcoming and clearly knowledgable and insightful, he guided me through the process in a calm no hard sell manner. His engagement was a big notch above experiences with other salespersons I have engaged with. A welcoming, customer focussed environment, that's seems to make you feel you are part of something rather than just sold too. Early engagement with service department seems positive too (Tony - 5*) and the after sales care and events continues the feelings of being part of something. Oh, and great coffee! Also, so far, the bike itself sppears to be an excellent product (which is why I was here in the first place!).

I enquired about late used S1000R M sport but it had just sold but Nick said he could do a really good price on a new S1000R Sport. I was very impressed to have the bike prepped, paint treatment and delivered in no time. Salesman Nick was very helpful throughout the process. Seeing I did not visit the showroom the purchase was very straight forward. I felt like I got a good deal and am thrilled with the new bike.

I was assured that the motorcycle would have a full fuel tank when I took delivery. Bont front and rear tires had to be over pressurised. I managed 18 miles before I had to fill up. Both by 0.4 bar which led to some interesting front end handling.
