The workshop relocation is poor no space for the motorrad department. I know the rent was put up at Battersea but Park Royal is way below BMW motorrad normal quality experience. The workshops staff as always are above average brilliant to deal with. I would recommend motorrad but it's present workshop is not the BMW experience. The staff are brilliant.

It supposed be only visit to diagnose issue - took them 2 weeks to sort it. Wham was buying - excellent. When dealing with warranty issues or booking the service - total dissapointment.

Communication from Park Royal was nonexistent, I had to chase daily, phoned several times and not get through to anyone. I even email Simon Mills on Thursday 4th June which he never responded to. Poor service, expected better from BMW. As above. I was happy with the service at Battersea. If this is the standard of service I'm going to get from your consolidated services at Park Royal, I'm better off going somewhere else.

The staff were fantastic and very accomodating. The issue is the unavailability of service spaces at Park Lane due to inefficient motorcycle support. Park Lane are supposed to be the flagship for BMW and cannot service the bikes they are selling.

Nice team to deal with. Improve communication & capacity. Voicemail at 5pm Friday advising van broken. No mention of can you bring yourself or rebook would be 6 weeks wait. More thought AND more capacity. Both at Action and need another Battersea. Wait time and having only one service centre in London are the major negatives. People were good. Warranty claim dealt with well. Wait for parts, wait for bookings, travel to Action (from SE London/Kent) not great.

Bad communication throughout. No response to phone calls or voicemail messages. I was also given incorrect and unreasonable advice about the battery drain issue. I was told the tracker subscription expiry was causing constant signals and draining the battery. The bike was also supposed to be returned on Wednesday, but it was kept until Thursday for additional battery drain checks. This was a simple issue and the extra delay was frustrating, especially with the lack of updates and communication during the process.

Location, communication, opening times. Not a good experience and a drop in service levels on every matrix when compared to what used to be the standard at the HMS location. If you cannot deliver at your previous level, I will go elsewhere.

First timing visit Park Royal - difficult to find, had to park the bike on a slope with rear end sticking out in front of access to the workshop. Not safe with risk of other vehicles manoeuvring very close. Exit roads access forbidden to bikes. Access to and leaving from location difficult.

Absolutely appalling. Bike was picked up on Tuesday 5th. Supposed to have a loan bike and never got one and my bike has not been returned as of yet. Everything about communicating is extremely poor no one really cares about the customer.

This was my first visit to the new Park Royal centre and I found it far more difficult to negotiate than Battersea. From entering the site choked up with vehicles to having to find the Motorrad service people it's just very very unpleasant.
