_{2. Eligibility

Referrers must be existing customers who have purchased a vehicle directly from BMW, MINI or BMW Motorrad Park Lane and be aged 18+. Referring customers who have purchased from another BMW Group Retailer are not eligible for the Referral scheme. Referred individuals must be new customers, not previously known to Park Lane (BMW, MINI or BMW Motorrad). Not applicable to specialist sales, authorities or direct sales channels. Participation in the referral program is only permitted where the referral is made independently of any business, procurement, contractual, regulatory or governmental decision and where the referral bonus cannot reasonably be regarded as influencing, rewarded or incentivising a decision.

3. How the Scheme Works

Referrals are submitted via a designated online form. Referrers must confirm they have informed the referred individual and have consent to share their details. Park Lane will contact both parties. Data will be handled in accordance with Park Lane Ltd’s Privacy Policy, available to view here.

4. Reward

A £250 voucher for BMW Park Lane will be issued to the customer making the referral once the referred customer completes an eligible purchase, registration, and delivery of a BMW, MINI or Motorrad vehicle from a vendor of your choice (from a pre-defined list).}

One reward per referral. No self-referrals. First valid referral applies. Not applicable in conjunction with any other referral offers available via the BMW Group. Maximum of ten referrals per customer.

6. Fair Use

Rewards may be withheld in cases of fraud or abuse.

7. Marketing

Marketing communications will only be sent where valid consent has been obtained.

8. Liability

No liability for incomplete submissions or technical issues.

9. Changes

Park Lane reserve the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time.
